Ingredients

Pastry:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup ice water
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup lard

Filling:
1 can (19 oz) peach slices (drain well)
1/2 cup honey
1 heaping Tbsp tapioca

Instructions

Pastry:
Combine and roll out for crust on slightly floured board.

Filling:
Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
