Pork Rub
This dry rub will spice up any pork dish, but it especially compliments our Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Honey BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

Stir together all rub ingredients.

Use as directed in Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Honey BBQ Sauce recipe.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
