Homemade Honey Cough Drops

Ingredients

½ Cup Raw buckwheat honey

1 Tablespoon of Fresh lemon juice

1 Teaspoon Fresh ginger

Optional: ¼ – ½ Teaspoon cinnamon or clove

Directions

1. Gently warm honey over low heat. Do not boil.
2. Stir in fresh lemon juice and ginger until combined.
3. Spoon the mixture into small drops on parchment paper or into silicone molds.
4. Allow to cool completely until firm.

Once cooled, the drops can be stored in an airtight container and enjoyed as part of your cold-season routine.
