4 cups of rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup of sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup honey
6 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter


Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and salt. Mix well, blend in honey and let stand while making the pie crust. Line 9 inch pie pan with pastry. Fill with rhubarb mixture, dot with butter, put on top crust and seal edges. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce hear to 350 degrees and bake 35-45 minutes.
