Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Hunter’s Honey Farm, we stand behind the quality and freshness of our honey and farm-crafted products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

2. Eligibility

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
  • Open Food Items (Honey, Beeswax, etc.):
    Due to food safety regulations, these items cannot be returned once opened.

3. Return Period

  • For unopened non-food products (like gift items or accessories), you may return them within 30 days from delivery.
  • Non-food items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange.

4. Return Process

  1. Email support@huntershoneyfarm.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is damaged)
  2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method—keep your tracking details.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You cover return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense.
  • For exchanges, you’re also responsible for shipping the new item back to you.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Inspection & Approval: We’ll inspect returns upon receipt (usually within 5–7 business days).
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
  • Exchanges: Sent out once we receive and process your returned item. You’ll be informed of any price adjustments.

7. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened food items (e.g., honey, creams)
  • Gift cards
  • Live bees or beekeeping equipment (if applicable)
  • Any sale or clearance items (if marked “final sale”)

8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered,” but you haven’t received your order, please first contact the carrier.
  • For damaged/lost shipments, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll investigate and guide you through resolution.

9. Order Cancellations

  • To cancel, contact us before your order ships.
  • Once it ships, cancellation isn’t possible. Instead, follow the return process above.
